This Pilates Flow class is for you if:

- You are recovering from injury or are 8 weeks+ post-partum and need a gentle fitness routine
- You would like to integrate your faith practice into or alongside your fitness practice
- You want to feel better physically but don't have a lot of time (class is just 30 minutes!)
- You need something on-demand, available anytime
This Pilates Flow class is NOT for you if:
- You are looking for a HIIT, weight training, or aerobic type class
- You are already a Pilates pro and aren’t looking to brush up on the basics
- You have no need to bring focus to your faith before, during or after a workout
- Or you just don't consider yourself "a person of faith"
- You want live feedback from an instructor in real-time
- You prefer to go to a studio and take a class in real life

- Take a few minutes before, after, or even on an alternate day from your Pilates practice and read the scripture. Space is provided for questions, contemplations, or even sketching your thoughts.
- Tracking squares are included to help you log your practice for a week.
