Just uploaded to the YouTube Channel, another super quick, 5 minute Pilates mini-workout. This one is focused on your core, well the front of your core to be exact. If you didn't know, the "core" encompasses not only your abdominal muscles on the front, but also the muscle that wrap around your sides, your back, pelvic floor, and diaphragm.
As I keep adding more Pilates workouts, some will be focused on particular parts of the body or core, and others will have a more full body focus. I find, at least for what stage of life I'm in right now, I'm most consistent in practicing these quick, under 10 minute routines. However, I will be creating and posting a little bit longer flows, 15-30 minutes, in the near future.
