Join me on my front porch for a short and sweet, stretching sequence. These movements are some of my favorites for beginning a Pilates Mat class. The breathing and stretches are a great way to warm-up and connect your mind and body before whatever workout you choose to do today. Alternately, if pressed for time, just take 6 minutes to stretch and move along with me and feel better after.
We often don't stretch enough after working out, so this 6 minute routine can be used as a great cool down as well.
