Hi. In case you haven't read my blog before, I'm Sarah. I have a BFA in Ballet, spent 10 years dancing professionally with various contemporary/modern dance companies and have been certified in Pilates since 2004. I have 3 kids and was blessed to have 3 healthy pregnancies and stayed pretty consistent with my fitness throughout them all.

At the time of writing this post, I am on week 11 of the program. I have not taken my own before/afters, but I have felt the difference deep inside my abdominals, and noticed more muscle strength when exercising and less (really none!) lower back pain during the day. My mommy pooch is definitely smaller (have not been asked if I'm pregnant again lately) and I plan to update this post with my own photos when I get a chance to snap an after shot.
