The 4 Day Breath/Prayer/Pilates Challenge

Hey there !

This Challenge is for you if:

  • You want to increase strength, flexibility and your connection to God

Each day of the Challenge begins with a short, Pilates movement sequence (pre-Pilates and Beginner level, no experience needed) followed by brief teaching on the day's subject.

Day 1: Making Time for You

Ever feel like you just don't have enough time in the day? You WOULD workout or read your Bible if only....well, this day's lesson is especially for you!

Today's movement will focus on basic Pilates foundational exercises.

Day 2: Are you (really) breathing?

Breathing is the first thing we do when we're born, and the last thing before we die, yet it remains a challenge (see what I did there ;) to learn how to TRULY breathe.

Today's mini-movement will be on all the ways you can do the Pilates 100s.

Day 3: What is Breath/Prayer

Learn what "Breath-Prayer" is, and how it can help you feel better on a daily basis.

We will keep adding to our movement sequence with some fun rolling...like a ball!

Day 4: Practice makes....progress

As we wrap up this 4-day Challenge let's review what we've learned and contemplate what it really means to "practice".
