This 4 day Challenge will give you a little taster of what it's like to work with me, learn Pilates, and practice meditating on scripture. (Hey, that's also what we do inside the 12-week transformational program, Pilates Mat & Faith Meditations!)
- Each live training will be consist of about 10 minutes of Pilates movement and 10ish minutes of teaching on mindset/spiritual topics
- Have a notebook, the Challenge workbook, or your favorite digital device ready for notetaking
- Make a little space, and be wearing something comfy to move your body in
- Join my Facebook group, Healthy Body | Healthy Mind, for more support, ask me your questions, and find community with like-minded women
- Get ready to FEEL BETTER after each class!
- And feel free to share your "homework" or win for the day inside the group, by answering the quiz questions, or just replying to one of my emails!
